Heureusement, l'hôtel avait deux magnifiques piscines où se détendre et profiter du cadre apaisant. De plus, l'emplacement était idéal, à proximité de la plage en bas de la rue, offrant la possibilité de se balader et de profiter des restaurants et supermarchés à proximité. Malgré les désagréments, le personnel était généralement aimable et la connexion wifi correcte.
Le personnel du bar et du petit déjeuner était désagréable, l'attente était interminable et il y avait souvent des commandes incorrectes. De plus, la propreté et le confort des dortoirs laissaient à désirer, avec notamment un manque de papier toilette et de ménage quotidien insatisfaisant.
